Guys, since Macquarie investment bank is subscribing for their Private Placement, u can be sure tat one day Vivocom will rise high as Macquarie they are not stupid...they come in to make profit SO they will find ways to lift up the stock one day to profit fm their PP investment...We just need to be patient...I ve seen most counters after they announced private placement share price will fall in the short term BUT after a while it rises aggressively in due time...the parties who invested in their PP will push up the price eventually...thus I m seeing Vivocom price to double in times to come...

Very disappointed tat MK just gave the the away at damn cheap price, some more the land is just beside main road...I as a shareholder felt deeply frustrated...I hope the remaining 230 acres MK will keep it tight for the next 50 yrs or when it reaches 1000 psf.. The BIG ??????? Is WHY they sold DP land to Empire Mammoth at 5 times lower compared to what Empire Mammoth paid to Crest Builder...Those are Prime land bank OK and it was disposed at far below 80 psf...it is worth at least 300 psf today...something is very wrong here!
