Besides I m optimistic tat even in times of property slump, Symlife is aggressively planning several upcoming projects soon tat should deliver strength to its future growth...I m sure research house will initiate a full coverage of tis gem soon...My target price is focus at 1.60 by year end n 2.20 by 2018...even Ecoworld n Mahsing can't beat Symlife...

OLH is very cunning businessman...Just look at how he took Pjdev private...He squeezed Sholders to the max depriving them of pjdev's true value...He is seeing growth in Symlife tat is why he acquired Symlife shares..

Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat is the chairman of OSK property and Pjdev which has been taken private recently...OLH is known to be a very shrewd n prudent investor who has developed OSK into a reputable property giant...I can assure you if OLH has become substantial Shareholder, Symlife will rise above 2.00 as he is a renown intelligent investor...LTH is also another driving force tat will propel Symlife to greater height...

Sometimes panic selling is good cos without the foolishness of others, we surely won't be able to grab cheap n clearance sale at 80% off...

Now the stock is trading at 10 times its RNAV of 2.80...It also means tat it is selling to you at 90% discount...which also means tat you just use only 10 cent to acquire assets tat is worth 1.00...tis is crazy n unacceptable which also point to the foolishness of those who panic sold at 0.275-0.28...

I believe tis report will lift investors confidence on tis stock again....

1.60 is my target price by year end....EPS of 20-28 Sen per share for financial yr 2018 with 6 Sen dividend...Most of the 1 billion unbilled sales will be registered as profit in financial yr 2018...So buy it before it is gone up...

If they drag too long, the IRB will impose heavy additional penalty fine on its outstanding amt...just sell all their land is the best option...

Now the biggest concern is the 80 mil tax penalty how Mkland gonna deal with it....Sell more land to pay the tax penalty OR challenge it?

But u have forgotten tat the 75 mil total cash equivalent don just sit there...It is put under short term investment to earn interest tat will be used to offset the 33 mil total borrowing's interest...So on the end they still gain...Tat is the beauty of NET CASH!

It won't as they will press down the price again for certain parties especially LTH to accumulate at cheap price...It should hover around 1.20-1.25 for the medium term...
