As u can see Mkland is trading at a very tight band between 0.40-0.405 for the past 2 weeks...This suggest tat Mkland is at accumulating phase...it means tat it could break out soon once tis accumulation phase is violated...Get ready a for a surprise break out tomorrow!!!

i agree with you...Malton is gearing up for massive launchings and explosive net profits...Its landbanks are all in prime location...My TP will be 1.40 next yr...2015 will be the year Malton rake in huge profits that is more than any other yrs in the past due to 470 million unbilled sales, 400 million fm construction contract and profits fm land disposal...

Bro i buy tis stock to own a piece of their land...I am only interested in something tat is deep undervalued...like paying 0.20 for a dollar bill...its real asset n land value is already captured in my pocket...I already own tat value, i just need to wait for d payment to be confirmed by all the investors in the future...Once i bought it dirt cheap i am already laughing to the bank as i know one day its true intrinsic value will be realised and confirmed and agreed by investors....Patience is what i need here...It could be 10, 15, or 20 yrs but i will wait indefinitely...the cheque with 1.00 MK share value already in my pocket the cash payment will only be credited to me once investors are bullish about tis counter and totally agree with what we perceived about tis company earlier about its fundamental value...
