If they buy Mkland, then why Mkland didn't go up since they bought in a big position??? Till now Mkland still lagging far far behind i can even say tat it is the biggest loser of all time if u compare its size and asset...Bad reputation had dampened its price till now even though Mkland has clean up its bad image and completed its latest projects on time...it is really unjustified!!!!

one thing for sure they won't decalre dividend for the next 2 yrs to come as they need $$$ for capital expenditure...At 0.48 it is totally overvalued compare to its earning power and asset...

i guess foreign funds will buy only blue Chip and 2nd liner stocks,,,not penny and underperforming stock like Mkland...Now all of us are waiting for Kasi to let GO his entire shares in Mkland...

one thing for sure IF Kasi wanna dispose his shares, he will surely ramp up Mkland share prices first so that he could dispose at higher price...To me Kasi is Non- existent in Mkland since its business is fully controlled by Mustapha's family so Kasi is just a mere big shareholder only as he doesn't manage Mkland anymore as Mustapha already kicked him out...So whether he declare bankruptcy or not will not affect Mkland as Mustapha kamal is in full control with a controlling stake of almost 40% in Mkland...Never expect Kasi to sell u cheap as he is not tat foolish...

If the major shareholders ve no intention to push up Mk shares, there is no way it can rise up...Syndicates also won.t manipulate tis counter as it is tightly held by Mustapha and it has a large share base...So the only person tat can ramp up Mkland is Tan Sri Mustapha himself...I am sure he has all the financial strength to push up Mkland BUT it is just not the right moment as right now it is not condusive for him to ramp it up as property industry is having a big slowdown...So for those who are still holding Mkland either u sell it to me at cheap price OR u just be patient and wait at least 10 yrs...Otherwise just give up and sell it to me at lelong price....I will sure buy from you at cheap cheap price....No need to talk so much here if u think Mkland has no potential just sell it and change counter as simple as that

Ask urself does LCTH earnings support its current price of 0.435??? It doesn't give dividend...The buaya or syndicates already accumulated LCTH stocks long time ago, now it is up to them to run the show as they are holding big chunk now,,, in fact u will be surprise most of the transactions are done between the syndicates and their gangs to create volumes and excitement to attract greater fools to buy the stock now so that they can unload to you at higher price to make handsome profits...As simple as that....

If Tan Sri Mustapha wanna take Mkland private then it is a BAD news for all shareholders...Pls do not assume they will offer to take private according to its NTA of 0.95...The highest price they might offer is around 0.55- 0.60 only since Mkland isn't tat profitable...Just look at the latest Hunza property privatisation, Major shareholder only offer to tk it private at 2.50 while its NTA is 3.50...It is clearly seen tat the price they offer isn't attractive at all they just wanna squeeze all shareholders's money into their own pocket for their own benefit...I totally reject the idea of taking Mkland private...It is strictly NO...Just let the market dictate its price!

hey guys as i read Mkland 2014 annual report they also ve few parcels of land in Mukim Dengkil Sepang...They are holding so much land that if revalue will surely equivalent to a goldmine...No need to launch project just sell land every year is sufficient to quarantee good profit

When u bought an undervalued stock never ever think tat price will match up with its intrinsic value straight away...We just need time and time and still time for majority of investors to really wake up to reality and started to recognize its true fair value...Others may not agree with u right now BUT in the long run when its fundamental value is very obviously good to the naked eyes, tat is the time they will chase it to the sky...The best time to buy is when everything is invisible and dull and doesn't look attactive at all by now BUT which u think will be very attractive in 5, or 10 or 15 yrs to come...Tat is what investing is all about...U just keep the stock for someone else at depressed level and return it back to the growth investor at inflated price in the long run...Mkland is such stock i am talking about...Everything will be unlocked in the long run...

If it falls back to 0.40 soon, i got no choice but to ramp up more Mk shares at cheap price b4 they declare total of 4 cents dividend soon...The latest land sale to Empire Mammoth its profit gains should flow in by 4th qtr or 1st qtr next year...At least 4 or 5 cent dividend comfirmed...Its EPS should rise to 8-9 cts per share due to the land disposal...Assuming we apply a skeptical PER x 8 we should expect its share price to rise to 0.70-80 in one year time...So at 0.40 it is still a golden buy so i really don mind if it crashes back below 0.40 so that i can ramp up my total holding in Mkland...My motto is "The Lower It Goes, The More I Grab" Mkland should forever have a special place in my heart and mind...
