i guess Datuk kasi selling down his own shares pending a take over exercise or privatisation...There must be something brewing behind his selldown...Think about tis my fren...He was selling to a third party i guess to par down his stake for a take-over exercise...

For me L&G is not tat attractive as they got large base of loan stock...If u factor in the large amount of share outstanding fm d loan stock, actually L&G's NTA is only about 0.40-0.45 only...At 0.56 share i still think it is overvalued...If fact we should factor in the loan stock to get its true Net Tangible Asset...Some more L&G dun declare dividend...It is a SELL for me! PJDEV is better than L&G if u factor in the whole picture

i just have no idea why ppl succumb to panic selling due to bad macro events and news...They dun really think of the long term underlying of a company...tis is crazy

As i can see fm the recent price movement, Mustapha Kamal and Datuk Kasi are planning to ramp up Mkland share price to reflect its true fundamental value...They are working 2gether to push up the price...

i believe it can reach 0.80 by yr end and 1.30 by 2015...Normally once an undervalued stock begin to move, it will surge very fast and furious to reflect its true value in a very short time...it happened to few stocks recently tat once started to ramp up, skyrocketed and never looked back...It is Mkland's turn to ramp up tis time to reflect its fair value based on its assets and massive landbank value...GET READY FOR MORE UPSIDE 2molo...will set new high for sure!!!!

well said bugle...2 yrs ago i was very pessimistic with LCTH as it posted continuous annual losses until they found a way to stop the bleeding tat's by asset disposal to right-size the company...After tat i thought it might get worse as revenues might fall sharply with tis disposal exercise...BUT when i read its 2013 annual report my heart is filled with hope and optimism as every words of the directors statement indicates optimism and TURNAROUND as "developed countries such as US, Europes and Australia are turning back to Malaysia as a low cost base for plastic business...Doing business in China is getting more expensive tat's why they are turning back to us as low cost producer...It augurs well for LCTH as demand and orders are expected to pick up aggresively and rapidly...Bro, it is like a business cycle...We ve seen the downside of tis industry and now we are beginning to see upside soon...Just look at VS Industry for indicaton...VS financial results are posting new high due to robust earnings in plastic precision business...LCTH is totally debt free and they are building new factory in JB...One thing for sure IT IS VERY VERY EASY FOR DIRECTORS TO RAMP UP LCTH'S SHARE PRICE AS THEY ARE HOLDING UP TO 70.6%...ANOTHER 5.35% HELD BY LEMBAGA TABUNG HAJI which i dun think they will dispose for fun...SO PUBLIC SPREAD IS ONLY 24% and not many are willing to sell cheap as their entry price was quite high...And now NG Hock Ching announced wanna acquire 10.3% of fuyu Investment which has 70.6 stake in LCTH...Isn't tat pointed tat they begin to see value in LCTH and FUYU as well??? I 100% believe LCTH's earnings will be robust again just like last time and start to pay hefty dividend againnnnn....I ve a target price of 0.50 for LCTH in 2 yrs time as they are returning to the black....

come on do you think tat they are making losses...They are profitable but dun wanna released to public also possible right...their 2013 annual report stated optimistically tat demands for plastic moulded products are picking up...I am very confident the worst is over for LCTH and its share price will strike 0.50 by next year and resume paying dividends...Dun forget we are now in BULL MARKET phase...Anything can happen!!!

10 yrs ago Mkland was trading ard 3.00-4.00 b4 it plunged into earning downgrade and financial losses...What is 0.50 cent compared to its former glory of when its share price performance was running high...Even i am not surprise if it rises above 1.00 to reflect its true underlying value...They are planning for 7 billion property launches in 5 yr time indicating tat they are in strong financial backing and cashflow to move forward with new launchings...I value Mkland at 1.00 per share or 50% discount to its net development value of 2.00...Revised Net Asset Value stood at 1.60-1.88...Reiterate BUY!!!!

It is clearly seen tat LCTH's Directors are acquiring LCTH shares quietly today...Next week will test new high with more aggressive buying...LCTH is finally turning around...

If u compare LCTH with its competitors in plastic precision business like Geshen, Ralco, and Scnwolf which also listed in bursamalaysia,LCTH is still the lowest and most undervalued among them in terms of size and fundamental...At 0.265 it is still the most undervalued with zero gearing...D company might ve received new business orders already tat's y they are buildng new factory to cater for coming demands...Given 1 year lcth should return to d black strongly as they now focus on high end products tat brings higher profit margin...BUY!

In the world of stock mkt, a loss making company doesn't mean it can't surge...In fact it rises more than a fundamental company and profitable company...Just look at leweko and mjperak for example...For years these 2 companies were loss making or stagnant BUT it is climbing up like nobody business...KLSE is just like gambling table or lottery pool...Who knows when u check LCTH's price next week the price appeared to be 0.35...Anything can happen!!! It really depends on ur luck whether ur stocks kena goreng or not...really tat simple...

it has been a long wait but it is worth the wait...Mkland is unlocking deep value and should trade near its book value of 0.92...Its Revised Net Tangible Asset per share stood at around 1.60-1.88 showing a massive value compare to its current price of just 0.45...A re-rating should be triggered as it is deeply undervalued...Its financial Net profits may not be exciting but its massive hidden land value is significant enuf to trigger a RE-RATING...Mkland is turning-around to return to former glory...

I just received my LCTH Annual report today...I ve paid full attention to its content and chairman statement...It stated tat they are building New factory in Johor Technology Park to cater for future increased orders demand and it also stated tat orders for plastic moulded products remain strong and should increase moving forward riding on global economic recovery...LCTH will come back strong again with full optimism...will fly above 0.30 again in coming mths...

May the fallen rise again...Let the sick and crippled be strong again...All our support with you MK...Let the lion roar again!!!
