Sang-jero...As my houses tat i bought are all landed property, it is still appreciating and will appreciate more in the future...If u are holding office unit or condominium or service apartment unit then it is BAD NEWS as tis segment is having property OVERSUPPLY...As for MKLAND, almost 90% of its projects are landed property currently so there is no worries at all...As for their landbank, the value of land will always go UP regardless of any market and economic cycles...

very simple....What the analyst ask you recommend you to buy, u better dun buy...and what they recommend you to sell u better load more and more...those analyst only wanna earn ur hard earned money and they do it all for their own good NOT you...When property stocks downgraded by analyst, it is time to buy...we must always go opposite of wat the analyst and fund managers are doing...as simple as that

Global economy especially the EU has improved lately and it should sustain into a fast growing economy moving forward to 2014...Demand for plastic mould products should pick up strongly and it augurs well for LCTH...A strong US dollar is also another catalyst for better earnings for LCTH in the near term...If next qtr we see a big jump in its net profit, then LCTH should soar above 0.30 riding on a major turnaround story...This quiet stock will come back strongly one day...

if OLH wanna take PJDEV private, he must set the offer price at 2.00...tis is only fair for us consider now pjdev is so profitable with huge asset...anything tat is less than 2.00 IS NOT WORTH IT!

EKSONS will lose its property earnings once they dispose Atmosphere land...It means they still need to buy new land and use up d money...On the brighter side Eksons is cash rich BUT not asset rich...
