MKland is not for short term investors...But it has tested my patient long enuf...i will give myself 8 years 4 it to blossom back to its former glory...Thus i ve set my target price at 1.50 in 8 yrs to come...By tat time i guess Damansara Perdana has oledi become d most sought after landmark in PJ...I GIVE THEM 8 years to excel...God bless MKland!

maybe MK will distribute special dividend 2gether with final dividend of 1 sen for tis coming 4th qtr...i dunno why investors are still sceptical about tis co...We haven't seen a big rush to buy tis stock as reflected by its low share price...IF it is really tat undervalued, EPF would ve already acquired tis stock d...Instead EPF acquired prestariang which is growing BUT overvalued...EPF sud ve ramp up MKLAND aggresively dun u think so

Now d most important factor tat could lift mkland up is its earnings...EPS must reach at least 8 cts per share to upgrade tis stock to a Strong Buy"...Currently EPS is ard 3 cts for 2013...MK must aggressively launch huge high end projects in its own soil namely Damansara Perdana...So far their launching is slow n lacklustre...Just look at Glomac and LBS, their property sales are fast n furious...MK must be aggressive! I still ve high conviction tat Mkand could another Glomac in d making in 5 yrs time...

Ur optimism could awaken a sleeping giant...I guess u must be holding a significant stake in Mkland...Anyway i m on ur side as i believe Mkland is d ultimate undervalued property co...It sud stand tall with LBS n Malton soon...In order for it to rise, MK n Kasi must acquire more shares jus like LBS did...A share buyback is essential for it to rise further...I wonder why MK dun wanna acquire its own share when it is so cheap now...Jus WHY???

wow Mkland is d next big thing to come...Any new projects on its land on damansara perdana could lift MK into a new growth stock like Malton n LBS...I believe they r still waiting 4 the right time to launch new projects BUT tis they will be aggressive like Malton n LBS trust me!

really dunno why undervalued counter like Mkland cant rise up...Just look at Malton n Tambun n Lbs soaring up high high...Talking about landbank these 3 counters lag behind Mkland and yet MK is d worst performing property counter of all...Tis is unacceptable!!!!!

The more they SELL the more we BUY...Just think of the long term prospect of tis company...Tis is an asset play i am very sure it cud rise back to 1.00 in the future...Just look at LBS, last time they were doing badly, now rise back above 1.00...These 2 companies are very similar...Huge landbank...BUT Mkland is more valuable cos it has Damansara Perdana as crown of jewel...LBS only got Zhuhai in China...As long as i live i will always chase Mkland as long as it stays undervalued...
