well said bro...Not many investors discovered about tis low profile company though its hotel swiss Garden is well known all around tis country...Pjdev is still an undiscovered undervalued gem...Once it is on analyst's radar screen then price and volume will start skyrocketing....

Pjdev is one of the most undervalued property companies...Pjdev is very identical to Tambun, Crestbuilder and Brem in terms of size and earnings but all these three companies are very risen in price and Pjdev's price has just begin rising only...I believe it is deeply undervalued!!!

PJDEV is coming out from a long silence...Tis is a very solid company with valuable investment properties asset...U can find swiss Garden hotels all around malaysia and its business provide steady income stream to PJDEV besides its property division...I would say tat PJDEV is very well diversied company with solid earnings...I wonder why so far no Analyst is covering tis company and no price target given by them??? I guess price target of 1.50 could be reached by year end...Reiterate Outperformed call!!!

they only have huge landbank BUT they do not have the experience and expertise to build high end like condo and commercial properties...Tat is why until now olso they haven't got the gut to roll out big projects...Jst compare Desa Park City and Mkland;s project in Damansara Perdana d former has risen few folds already in value while those who own properties by mkland risen slightly only...WHY??? Mkland sud be sold to a big company like spsetia or sime darby in order for it to shine...hopefully a big boy will launch a hostile takeover on Mkland since its share price is low...

As u can see fm the price movement, everytime Mkland started to rise sure got somebody try to pull or prevent it fm rising...The sellers will come in full force like nobody business when it just started to goreng...WHO IS BEHIND TIS n WAT IS THE MOTIVES???

Just look at Focal Aim which has shot above 2.00 recently bcos of acquisition takeover of its land in JB...If u compare Focal with MKland in terms of landbank size Focal still lag far far behind...Just think for urself a lousy company like Focal olso can UP so much while Mkland Still stagnant!!!

It is all hell in the wrong place...Mkland is damned from d very start...Just when we are seeing it to climb above 0.40 it stumbles again due to macro-economic news...WHO could ve seen it coming, it is like tsunami wave just all of sudden wash everything away...In Mkland we see blood and tears!!! i guess it is better for them to sell land than build houses...Their launchings are pretty soft and weak...not exciting at all...somemore build affordable low end properties profit margin sucks!!!

Mkland had done a very big mistake...During d property boom 4 yrs ago, MK failed to take the opportunity to launch high end developments aggresively when demand is high...Now they said wanna go back to affordable housings to counter a possible recession, it is really wrong cycle...their planning is not innovative!!!

As an intelligent investor, we shouldn't focus on just d company's earnings but oso d assets they are holding...Remember in 2008 when Mkland plunged to below 0.15 cts when they were bleeding with losses n debts BUT if tat time instead if u choose to focus on their massive n huge landbank, u would ve acquire d shares at incredible discount to its net worth...It is only after publicinvest pointed out their true value then only we get interested...The best time to buy is when d company is having troubles n not when d company is prospering...

next week Mkland sud rise above 0.42 cts in tandem with its better than expected financial 4th qtr result...Its previous land sales provide Mkland with lots of cash 4 working capital and dividend exercise...MKland is on a steady path to recovery and will definitely rise back to its former glory...The rise of MK is near!!!

Mkland 4th qtr financial result will be out next week...I expect tis time they will post d best and strongest result n will declare final dividend of 2 cts bringing in total of 4 cts per share for 2013...at today"s closing of 0.370, it is still dirt cheap in relation to its hidden values....

Mr Ng...U are such wise man tat u bought much of Mkland...U are on ur way to riches...U ve struck jackpot but just tat u need to claim ur prize 2 yrs from now as it is still buried under Damansara Perdana soil...At 0.36, it is trading at a huge discount to its landbank intrinsic value...The time will come when MK will dig deep of its huge landbank to unlock ur prize won...Pls be patient...I give myself 8 years for it to bear fruits...Look at d fig tree, when its branches bear leaves u know tat summer is near...BUT at d moment d trees at MKLAND are still very dry...All of us is watering it now...
