US Tariff hike on China's glove product will be only imposed in year 2026. I would say market has over-reacted. You can look into technology stocks since US tariff hike will be affecting China's semicon in year 2025.

Today most of the funds have flown to gloves and technology counters as a result of US tariff hike on China products. Utilities counters remain strong due to YTLPOWR

It's always not a good sign with sky high selling volume and closed with a bearish candle.

Clearly seen that the market player is controlling the price at 3.30 - 3.45. Would be sideway for a period. We shall await for QR at end of June.

10 MA is mainly for very short term trading.
20 MA is considered a "lifeline" to exit (if breaks below) or to enter (if stands above).
50 MA is for medium term investment
200 MA is for long term investment which frequently adopted by fund manager. Fund managers won't buy a stock if the price is below 200 MA.

For advance,
10 MA cross 20 MA - short term bull
50 MA cross 200 MA - golden cross for big bull

Do take note that TA is mainly helping you to buy and sell at the optimum time (can't use "right time"). Anyone knows TA can "draw" a chart and play a fool with you.

If you aim for short term play, focus on 10 MA instead. Otherwise, fundamental is still the core part.

Technically, the trend breaks 10 MA an 20 MA. It always not a good sign for a stock which breaks 20 MA. However, the good thing is the volume is less than 1 million in past 4 trading days. No change in fundamental.

Who else has such money at RM 2.28 mil? absolutely it's not retailer, but market players.

If my prediction is correct, Crescendo will back to above 3.45 soon.

JTGroup is urgently required to secure more contracts in coming 3 months, while the contract bagged on March 2024 will last for 13 months till Apr 2025.

The current status of JTGROUP could be at negative side, however once it proves itself as MAIN CONTRACTOR, the revenue will be growing exponentially.

Added positive point: Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd registered as Grade 7 contractor under CIDB, G7 contractors are recognized as the highest grade in the CIDB grading system.

Just to take note that TNB would issue contracts primarily to MAIN CONTRACTORS.

Since JTGroup is NOT main contractor, it will NO CHANCE to get any contract from TNB unless it switches its position to MAIN CONTRACTOR.

JTGroup needs to establish its presence as a MAIN CONTRACTOR instead of Sub-Contractor to be more profitable. Current order book sorely relies on the contract awarded on 7/3/2024 for RM 22 million data centre infrastructure.

Both lands sold to Microsoft Payments at total price RM 447,640,000 with total land size 3,726,380 sqft, which is RM 120 per sqft.

Current landbank of Crescendo = 107,666,463 sqft. Premised on 1 sqft = RM 120, the value of landbank = RM 12.92 billion

Crescendo said the disposal consideration was negotiated on a "willing-buyer willing-seller" basis, means "buy it or leave it", no bargaining power from buyer.

Crescendo has landbank 2600 acres @ 113,256,000 sqft in JB.
After sold lands in November last year and recent 4th of April (two times to Microsoft Payment) which totaling 5,589,537 sqft, the landbank balance is still as high as 107,666,463 sqft.
