@Davedeli their space sharing business is too insignificant, won't impact at all. Even if optimistic, maybe it's an alternative for business to shift from their usual office to remote working place. This shift needs time and people would rather work from home though. So if you're looking at it as a whole look at it as a developer. The space sharing business still making losses but like I mentioned, too insignificant. Of course there are chances future people will shift to this arrangement due to high rental in office.

It's obvious, you need someone to buy when you're selling. So when the director sells, company buy. Because there is no such demand for the shares. And if you add together the ESOS thing, then you'll see how bad it is the management are.

The way this company manage its cash flow is terrible. Profitability is good but if dunno how to manage cash flow also useless.

Those who think mother is expensive can look at the warrants. Many dunno the Company not giving out another special dividends from the sale of their stake of education business which they did paid 29 sen in April. The 4.5 sen dividend declared is a yearly recurring thing. I think many don't dare touch warrants because as we know if any big dividends payment will actually drive the warrants price even further down. In our case this is not happening.

Those looking to buy mother also don't expect to get any big dividends aside from the 4.5 sen thank you.

Borrowings already drop by around RM166mil, from RM900mil+ to around RM734mil mainly due to the repayment of current portion of borrowings, although still high but necessary. At least you see they use to bring down those high interest borrowings and they're doing something to bring down the negative side of the company. You have not seen some companies even borrow from Along to meet their obligations.

Dividend is well covered by earnings. The dividend yield also affected by the share price, currently the share price still not reflective yet. Of course when your share price is low the % of dividend will be high. This aspect warrior would know better. He invest using brain and have his own target.

Simply Wall Street the way I see it macam robot approach. The points I think just need to verify ourselves and see if it's true.

On a one off disposal gain, a lot of people mentioned that yeah yeah excluding this gain the Company's performance is so so. You must compare apple vs apple. Correct, but you can see management is reducing or managing the risk just by selling over the education line, which they did mentioned if they still retain it, the costs of managing it would actually increases over time, hence profitability also will reduce. Thus, they prefer to focus on their core area which is property development. And this Company is very transparent in the things they do. What they say, they do and disclose to shareholders. This is good corporate governance.

Recommended to go buy Uncle Fong's book to read. Coldeye is a respectable person to me because of his advise he gave in a talk around 4-5 years back and I took it into heart and I had make money after losing for the past 10 years prior to that. Not easy but everyone need to learn how to fish themselves.
