u are right cause if some 30% usa shale oil n gas stop production it is about 3 million to 4 million berllel less oil produced n with biggest domestic demand the price will quickly recover...n skp fly high to the sky...kikiki

yes it just my guess n speculation...but i know for sure fund/investor from middle east is in town, this investor came in about 6 months ago n forming JV with kl based broker house...but cant put the name or i will be in jail by tomorrow kikiki...

but dont gamble on it cause it just my guess n speculation. ...i dont really know...but yes i was called to do some work for investor from that region...

he sold it long time ago made around rm900mil n now still holding 10%.....my guess epf want to be the major owner looking at the skp long term potential....

yes the story line is almost the same idea n opinion that i posted before...most of international co left, started with indon some years ago then to the rest of the asia region including msia...which open opportunity to local low cost players such as skp (which considered major player in msia n expending into the region)...that y i m a little bit optimistic on skp with regard to O&G bizz in msia n asia region beside brazil...

I wont be surprised if skp will be awarded not only major O&G service jobs but also O&G concession within Asia region just what they did before in msia cause by now skp has proven their O&G bizz capability.

probably it is just EPF & geng locking profit since early 2014 for end year dividend payment n portfolio realignment n now just start collecting again around the current level (as per daily announcements) ....before good news, new contracts n new jobs coming in from Petronas and others... probably skp new strategy going to CBM (coal bed methane) or even shale oil & gas ventures...who knows/just guessing...if not why then EPF n geng keep on collecting by millions...??

dono may be some body just want to clear off gadang after holding 3 years bought 60cent in 2012...

after mkt close 7 out of 30 klci component counters look likely further dropping n the rest either rebound n side way suggesting klci potentially green tomorrow (just based on 30 components) but for sure global mkt will have major influence as a whole on klci direction tomorrow...

good n TQ for suggestion but to me dont have to go to that level la unless probably holding more than 3%...of all i am just very minor share holder, to me we just update n share info in this platform as much as possible among us that good enough...

just to share my 2 cent opinion n idea....
one thing i learn for more than 30 years trading stock :

1. get some idea how the big picture look like i.e current and way forward; e.g currently global mkt likely toward end of major bull which started in 2009, most regional mkts have gone to all time high e.g as bellow n went through 10% to 15% correction;
- msia 1896
- UK 6905
- France 4598
- German 10051
- S&P 2019 now after rebound even higher

except USA and india mkt retested and gone through previous high the rest are yet about to retest the previous high. for now USA mkt is leading the global game (very much supported by Japan n China equity mkts) and after break through the previous high n based on rule of thumb could go extra by as much as 5% to 10% i.e S&P could go as high as 2120 to 2220, once this cycle end likely to be followed by more than 20% (may be around 30%) meaningful correction before moving up with new young bull...

for BSKL big picture...
recent correction went down to 1766 from 1896 approximately 7% down,
recovered to 1858 (1766+92) i.e 4.8%,
now froming dabble bottom seem holding at 1824 (yesterday low)
today trying/starting forming the up trend handle...?
hopping S&P/USA mkt will continue up trend n BSKL will follow the step for next few week before year end probably touching the previous high (1896) n over shoot to 1990 (@ 1896 X 1.05) or may be ranging from 1967 to about 2032..

2. get right good clear fundamental and potential stock such as gadang (of course has to follow the update) n the rest let the market to take the action in relation to the no.1 above...

for Gadang (part of construction index component)...
potentially will swing up in supporting the construction index....but how much is anybody guess...

at least for now we have 4cent dividend...

haha my 2cent gadang game plan for now.... if gadang move up to reasonable price i will dispose some if not all (current holding average price 1.35)..if this not happening just kept for next potential bull cycle... because after all by then those 2 kicks (palm oil n FY2015 budgeted construction)likely to happen some where in future, could send gadang to previous all time high @ rm4.00...

in my 2 cent opinion this is among good n having big future potential counter at reasonable price..and i dump in some of my treading profit in to gadang... disregard unforeseen future big picture....beside what i posted earlier (see below) it also has land recently acquired in melawati for around rm33mil n other places n utility bizz (water treatment & IPP) in indon which recently acquired...infect if any severe mkt correction to me to best is to buy gadang because of future streaming incomes...(this is just idea n opinion n only mkt will show the gadang true color)
