gweilo could be right oso. Assuming mother share back to 90sen & son is traded at 15sen. Selling 1mom can buy 6son. If mother up 10sen, 10xgain is $1. Divide by 6sons is 16.6sen. Ratio of gain mom : son is 1 : 1.66. With high gearing of 6. Very possible. However, there is exceptional case oso. Look at Bimb-Wa with high gearing. Lausai. Lol.

Another thing is Insas isn't a hot stock. Market might not give too much premium to Wa. So gweilo's high expectation might not be realistic. Especially warrant is way out of money now. Mother share has to move a distance before warrant starts moving. In term of risk I think it is minimal. Downside is too limited.

Option 2
Don't subscribe. Sell the OR @ 20sen. Buy 2 RPS @ 90sen each & buy 2 warrants.
Total cost = -0.2 + 2*0.9 + 2*warrant price.
Equate both options, 1.9 = -0.2 + 2*(0.9 + warrant price)
Tats mean u expect to buy warrant @ 15sen?

If I m in Dato's position I won't beg u ppl to subscribe lar since most of u r so kuai lan. I'll team up with some taiko to wage all the OR & get all the free warrants. Then I'll do something to jack up share price. All premium bearing warrants then turns deep into money. The further they jack up share price gearing effect will magnify warrants gain. Dato & his team will be very haut.

George Soros? I dun have tat kind of talent. So I buy under-valued stuffs lor. In my humble opinion Insas is under-valued.

The function of RPS:
1. Trading in open market
2. To ex warrant anytime
3. To generate interest
It doesn't matter how much the RPS is traded (many worry bellow $1). It's value remains unchanged because it can be used to ex warrant.

Why u still can't get it, Abdre Hua? The most attractive part is the RPS can be used to ex warrant any time. No need to wait for 5yrs. While waiting for your favorable warrant ex timming, the RPS can generate interest.

Asset based investment is always "cool" compared to earning based one. The market sentiment is turning good. It'll heat up Insas. Buying a dollar with 50sen couldn't be wrong!

Some ppl argue tat if dun subscribe the free warrants will eat into our mother shares causing dilution. gweilo argued tat financial engineering effects like share buy back can offset the dillution. Ya. In long term it'll. Anyway, Insas is a dollar selling @ 50sen. Why on earth u care about dilution? To avoid confusion, dilution means value is diluted, not share price!

May i answer on behalf of gweilo? The ex date is tomorrow. After the ex date there will be 2weeks trading period for the OR ( right to subscribe). If u dun wish to subscribe u can sell. If u dun sell they'll send u a subscribtion form. Fill in the form & send your bankdraft to the registrar. U are entitled 2 free warrants. If u dun send the form & money, the your OR expires. Whether u subscribe or not your mother shares remain unchanged. Hope i answered your question :))
