A significant reduction in inventories over the last 12 months, likely to be a restructuring of business direction to pave way for a 'gradual death' for their loss-making ICT distribution segment. In the same time, we saw a name change of its subsidiary UESB to Line Clear Express & Logistics Sdn Bhd...does that ring a bell to ES Wong's forte? Wong should have left GDEX with a non-competing clause that restricts him from engaging in similar businesses over a reasonable period of time. They could/should have a plan ahead, just a matter of time and investors' patience.

I think working capital should be adequate at this juncture, given a cash position of 17m going forward end Mar15 and assuming no major hiccups to the collection of the 66m trade receivables, and an assumption that the cluster of 13.7m worth of inventories remain unsold.

I would be keen to watch what Wong and Jeff has to offer in time to come. Meanwhile, I remain watchful.
