The issue price of RM1.13 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.53% to the 5-days VWAP of KPPROP Shares up to and including 18 February 2021, being the last traded day of KPPROP Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM1.2490 per KPPROP Share.



The orderbook was subscribed by by more than 1.9 times of the total number of Placement Shares available for subscription under the First Tranche.



For information purposes, the issue price for subsequent tranche(s), if any, will be determined and announced by the Company separately.

YES. my assumptions is basically consumer product is demand inelastic, hence good day, bad day demand is there and they willing to pay higher even cost gone higher, so easy to pass the cost
