在股东大会举行之前，MYEG带来一个正面的进展：即大马竞争委员会（MyCC）日前已经接受MYEG在更新外劳准证系统的调整，即时撤除每日7500令吉处分。

撤罚激励股价

这个罚款是每日累积式，至今已经达到964.47万令吉，而MYEG也偿还了641.22万令吉。虽然数额不算大，但至少这是一项和新政府部门和平协商的进展，对公司的影响非常正面，消息一出，股价马上大力反弹，起了20%。

股价大起，多多少少也缓和了股东的疑虑，可以避免在股东大会上发难的情形。

德达飞讯必达量蓄势待发

MYEG的财政年刚刚从6月30日改为9月30日，因此2月宣布的12月31日季度报告，是2019年的首季业绩报告。

和2017年的12月31日相比，其实公司业绩略有进步，大体上显示政府还相当倚重MYEG的贡献。

修复政府关系最重要

公司和政府签署的一些合约要到2021才到期，这期间如何向政府索取减值1.5亿令吉的赔偿，以及如何修复政府的合作关系，至关重要。

从希盟近几个月来和一些公司的离合，如金务大（GAMUDA）等，可见官商之间，有利益则可以谈，相信MYEG的情形也是一样。

继MYEG之后，其余两家在同期大受影响的公司德达飞讯（DSONIC）和必达量（PRESBHD），股价似乎也有所动作，是否在反映政府黑脸演完，现在是演白脸，和商家好好谈判的时刻？

3月14日是MYEG的股东大会，这是公司更改财政年后的首次开会，也是5·09大选后首次和股东见面，不容错过。

本周的股东大会焦点肯定集中在MYEG，曾经是政府合约宠儿的这家公司，在5·09大选之后惨遭抛售，股价跌了约75%，之后一直无法回顶，让许多投资者蒙受重大亏损。

不过，如果回顾执政的国阵在输了以后几乎解散，内部成员溃不成军，那么，MYEG的凋零又可以理解。

对MYEG产生最大的打击莫过于废除消费税（GST），因为公司已经花了很多钱设立这个税务系统和保安措施，一旦搁置，必须减值上亿令吉。

但是，由于公司已经对这计划花了很多心血，不管是硬体或软体设备皆贡献至钜，要重新换一个新的系统或新的供应商，短期内是不可能的。而且，也没有迹象和证据显示巫统大咖从中敛财。所以，唯有时间和耐心，或许能让MYEG和新政府互相包容，互相磨合。

MYEG在商言商，自然不会和希盟硬杠，看来合作只是时间上的问题。

这对MyEG而言绝对是好消息，大马竞争委员会接受更新外劳准证系统的调整，也就是结束双方长达4年的对峙。

假设上诉成功，则公司可注销先前经支付的约640万令吉罚款，有助推高2019财年每股盈利2.1%；反之，则将冲击每股盈利减少1%。

新一年聚焦新服务，即线上为新外劳登记，相信将是未来两年营业额的催化剂；每名新外劳注册可为MyEG带来约2000令吉的平均营业额。

政府还未公布今年聘请新外劳的限额，一旦确定，该公司即可开始为新外劳注册。

我们预期，MyEG在2019至2020财年，平均每年可注册5000名新外劳，敏感分析显示，若额外有1万名新注册，则可激励这两个财年每股盈利，分别增3.2%及3.3%。
