just88, curious to know how DK help you ? I was one of the 1400 members in the group . you are also one of the members who did not follow DK to sell at 80 sen , you sold at 18 sen and made a huge loss and started to promote your own theory to sell and buy back later , around 0.18 then , because there was a speculation then of a right issue but proven wrong later . you promoted so hard until you quarrel with anyone who did not agree , then you were removed by aseng . am I right ?

we see clearly these few days frenzy is created by KYY and OTB group.
definitely not by the expectation of high earning in the coming quarter.
KYY already more than 80, to a 80 super rich man, i believe , how the money is spent is more important than how the money is made.
I have the feeling , history in gadang can repeat here, he may leave Hengyuan and go to Petronm because in petronm , at least he can find someone like aseng he like .......

If 1.78 is the fair value , then there is another 36% upside , better than I what I hope for....

Buy some Gadang, it is a good buy now , thr main worry of depleting oreder book is cleared and after heavy selling but the price still holds steady, and I strongly more contract will be sevured
I not teaching you what is best to buy or best to do , I am just sharing something I think good with my limited knowledge and hoping the church that you are going to share your success can get more money with your 10%

The faith you have with ekovest is exactly the same as mine in gadang .
Bit I don't average up , I top up more when there is a substantial correction but the earming no change. Averaging up is something I hate to do though nothing wrong theoretically.
Now I have both ekovest and gadang in my cart . Hopefully to reap another good harvest later together with you and many sifu here.

you lack business sense and foresight if you still thinking Gadang can't sustain its earning growth without new contract. with the new business model, projects in hand already enough to keep gadang busy for more than 5 years , new contract now is a bonus to gadang, a catalyst to drive the price higher and higher . Gadang now can afford less low margin contracts but contracts of high profit margin

I prefer zero land cost land cost development contract. Higher profit margin , it view it as an advantage over other property development company that got to spend high capexp for land
Be patient. Still a good investment for at least 20% annual return. I like

Buy now and claim your ang-pao before chap-go-mei

I am very grateful to KYY, if not because of his involvement in gadang, many of us, will not be able to sell some of holding above our target so fast. I still have 60% , but it is zero cost now + some profit in the pocket
I believe sifu cold is still a substantial holder of gadang and also as happy as me now .

just provide the best advice for him, do the best for him , he is old already , can't think well,
see the way he buy , sell , then buy Gadang, you should know his money is not that easy to earn

you know what to do , know what you are doing now, not follow blindly , then a smile is just a sign of goodwill, why bother so much genuine or fake. it can't do any harm to you

i use KC MF and had chosen Gadang as my target
bought low 2 years ago and sold 40% high.
the remaining 60% is now free +profit in the pocket with good potential of further growth

KYY recently has turned very scary. First, he asked people to buy gadang, after that, he asked people to sell, causing the price to plunge. Yesterday, he revealed that he bought back at 88 sen.


KYY is old already ....
he somethimes forget his golden rule
he knows he had made a mistake in gadang but shy to admit his own mistake. That is why he say " I have to decide when I should start selling to make profit" hoping he is not so wrong , still consistent in this doing

my suggestion

buy some Gadang tomorrow

keep for 1 year

then

enjoy my pisang goreng at the next AGM
