i dont think right issue or wat going to happen. They are going to get the money from the conversion of warrant. Warrant is current trade at -2.3% below mother share. So they just need to push the mother shares then all warrant holder going to convert to mother share.

I think hovid may proposed private place or right issues with free warrant since the expansion need a lot of capex.

If the process is slow then how can MYEG still have market share of 5% for the online renewal of foreign workers ? MYEG system just not really prepare for suddenly increase in volume for online renewal and staff not well trained. Just look at GST. which is going to effective 1.4.15. Do you think kastam staff are well trained ? Even registration of GST you may need to ask consultant to register for you which cost you few hundred ringgit.

雪蘭莪‧八打靈再也27日訊）星洲日報探悉，政府考慮在未來承擔繳付給MyEG線上更新外勞臨時工作准證（PLKS）服務供應商的38令吉額外收費。

內閣關注額外38令吉收費會加重雇主負擔的問題，因此要求探討未來成立一站式服務中心或單位，包括如何將支付給服務供應商的費用，交由政府承擔。（圖：星洲日報）
消息人士告訴星洲日報，內閣在星期三的每周例常會議上，討論了這個課題，並理解MyEG向雇主徵收額外38令吉的申請手續費引起極度不滿，因此決定檢討現有的制度，以減輕雇主的負擔。
“內閣關注額外38令吉收費會加重雇主負擔的問題，因此要求探討未來成立一站式服務中心或單位，包括如何將支付給服務供應商的費用，交由政府承擔。
“由於更新外勞工作准證的費用已調整，政府的收入增加，內閣相信，若是由政府來承擔額外的38令吉收費，不會有甚麼問題。”
擬設一站式中心
此外，內閣也同意重新探討成立一站式服務中心，方便雇主申請及更新外勞工作准證，並指示政府首席秘書草擬有關服務中心的運作和結構，相關詳情將在近期內公佈。
據悉，馬華部長多次在內閣會議上提出業者，尤其馬來西亞中華總商會等工商團體抱怨MyEG向雇主徵收額外38令吉申請手續費課題。
消息人士指出，內閣成員對檢討MyEG徵收38令吉手續費課題的反應正面，大致上認同更新外勞准證收費已從50令吉增至125令吉，雇主既然已繳付125令吉手續費給移民局，不應再徵收額外收費。
考慮3系統合併
消息人士說，內閣也關注申請與更新外勞准證被壟斷的問題，因此新的一站式服務中心將考慮把Bestinet、人力資源部的網上申請系統（ePPA）以及MyEG系統合併，為雇主提供更多的選擇。
內閣之前已決定在2月28日後繼續開放移民局處理外勞臨時僱用證（PLKS）柜台，直到有關線上系統的課題有了新的方案為止。

Unlikely the news to have significant impact to MYEG on the foreign workers renewal permits. The quarterly report already mention the revenue from foreign workers renewal permit increase over the year. This means MYEG system was welcomed by more and more employer. I think now most employer will prefer renew online rather than manual which proved to be more efficient and convenience.

Here are the comparison:

Option 1 : Online renewal system for foreign workers with cost RM38/worker -

1)Time taken within 2 days.

2) No parking fee, fuel, traffic, waiting time at counter

3) No middle man cost

4) Better monitoring of foreign workers by government.

5) No worry on non renewal of the foreign workers as time taken only 2 days for the renewal. Therefore, you can better allocate resources on the company projects without delay. If the renewal of some of the foreign workers have been rejected, you can also have sufficient time to hire new foreign workers to replace them.

Just think of the revenue you might lost with the delay in the project or you can get additional projects if you can allocate your resources properly by just paying some money.

Time is money and and good allocation on resources is key to success.



Option 2 : Manual renewal at counter

1) Time taken 1 to 2 months.
2) Middle man cost
3) Paid parking fee, fuel, traffic, waiting time at counter.
4) Poor resources planning

I did'nt buy and sell shares every day. Tired to monitor every day. Just let the speculator playing there. So long the fundamental is strong I will hold. Just treat it as Fixed deposit. I believe next year will be a different year for HOVID.

Just buy on weakness. 40 to 45 still consider cheap if you are long term investor. The price expected to reach 60 end of this year if new plant operate smoothly.

If compare with previous 2 year, current year 2nd quarter slightly better. Hovid need to wait until new capacity to kick in in order to move again. I expect tomorrow share price will down.. but will be good time to accumulate..
