receivable $ 320 million, if they can collect $ 200 million, the sky is bright already....Bank loans are trade facilities and can be renegotiated once they have the $ 200 million bullets..............

who knows?....this thing may force me out of retirement to turn them around................

How to salvage?

but if not so bad, eventually gamblers and risk takers will make a lot of money.

the qualified audit report was issued in Jan 2019, alert shareholders had 6 months to take action.

How much has been siphoned off through fraud and mismanagement?

If the quantum is less than $ 100 million, and I think it is.......this company can be salvaged.

my recommendation to existing shareholders...............don't give up yet.

Per latest accounts, shareholders fund $ 380 million, receivable $ 320 million.

There will be a regularization plan ...at 16 sen per share, its worth waiting for the regularisation plan.

one thing about shares and bad news....when the bad news is known.....more often than not, buy and make money......

The title explains "A Not So Good Company Selling At Cheap Price Can Be A Good Buy"

Guess, the author suggest never mind fundamental, integrity, competitiveness and relevance of the company in current business environment. The criteria of "cheap" is enough for a GAMBLE. In that case, there are almost 85% companies in KLSE which fits that criteria. So, please gamble because it is cheap.
