And this is a tech stock, unfortunately for the laymen, they can only see a brick-and-mortar like mgmt who is not behaving like tech co, it's more like a conventional company right now. And yes, more and more Fintech startup are coming up with newer and more of creative payment menu. Hopefully revenue not only target other company buyout, but also come out with more creative technology and payment solution. China not going to open it's door any soon, so better come up with more innovative solution.

Agree with@YapJH's 2 sen. Even looking at the AGM Notice, and after reading it, is like want to pay dividend, but will create manyx100 conditions, better don't pay and use the money to further invest. Not good like that. Better look and invest other counter that offer stable returns.

Share price consistently going down south even though profit every year, this is cause for concern especially for a public listed co who makes profit but not paying back dividend back to share holder. Not a good move.

I guess it's time to say bye2, there will be more player offering payment gateway, coupled with China still having it's closed door c19 policy. REN seems quite powerful, can even support older technology.
