The purpose of research is to identify revenue generation for 4-8-12 QR depends on the nature of the business and if current price is worth it's future earning. That's the real game you are playing.

The punting in between is more like trying to impress a disgruntled woman at her time of the month. Well, sometimes, it works; sometimes it doesn't.

The point is, do your research. If you don't believe; try date a woman in her 14th day of menstrual cycle. You have better chance of getting laid. DO YOUR RESEARCH. =D

I make similar assessment with less resolution. Have a look on VIS trading at PE18.

Can somebody share the link to the document that states ESOS exercise at RM1.00. I can't find it anywhere.

As I briefly went through 118 pages, the best time to propose ESOS is when the price is depressed. as the maximum discount for ESOS is 10%. Meaning when they exercise it at 0.465, 0.9 X 0.465 = 0.42.

The better time to propose ESOS would be when it was RM0.3. Then, the subscription price will be RM0.27. If they do that, it would be 42sen clean profit upon exercising ESOS now.

180,000 shares for each director, that only translates into RM 56K. That's pretty pitiful if compared to Leon Harlands grand scheme. =D
