Ophir said in an exchange filing today Salamander accepted its all-stock offer to buy the company. One of the conditions of Ophir’s offer is that Salamander shareholders reject the sale of the Thai assets to Sona. I do not mind if Msports keep rewarding shareholders with free warrants say every 2 years if they cannot give us dividend then I can become long term shareholder. There are many local stocks which reward their shareholder through free warrants instead of dividend.

The price Msports is trading now indicate people are expecting poor result due to Lin Huozhi selling. Even Kstar continued loss as reported today only cheaper by 1.5sen. Msports has never reported yearly loss since listing.

Like hamitouzhi said Msports warrant should worth more than XDL WB(4.5sen) whose exercise price is 35sen and expire earlier. If warrant below 4.5sen we should buy more instead of selling.
