firehawk, according to Mercury(IB), WA should be listed end of Oct but looking at current market situation it could be delayed. Ex-date to entitle for free warrant should not be long from now.

I agree with robertzz. I am traders of stocks so I don't behave like long term investor. If I make enough profit from warrant I will sell. If market turn good I will not be surprised warrant can go up to even 10sen which more than compensate for the missing dividend.

I prefer Tropicana over KSL because Tropicana is now near 52week low and trading at huge discount to NTA of RM1.92. They still have plenty of land to sell for profit or reduce gearing. Dividend wise Tropicana is better than KSL(no dividend).

What SS661M and ks55 write here is not true. Arreit does not drop lower and lower as they mentioned. Arreit is still the cheapest Reit in term of share price. Every quarter can give 1-1.5sen dividend which added annually still better than FD rate. I also want to buy more but very hard to buy at cheap price.
