Not first time BJ Corp selling BJ Auto yet EPS does not improve. BJ Toto is better buy due to high DY. Even Dickson and BJ Corp buying BJ Toto recently but none of VT family members bought BJ Corp recently.

Short term not good but long term good because can reduce operating cost. Star also implement VSS this year and now share price 30% higher compare to Media Prima.

Year end coincide with school holidays therefore people will travel more and petrol sales will increase.

Next quarter should benefit from recent increase of 20sen in petrol.

2 straight days no announcement of Lin HuoZhi selling. So 34% is his final stake before listing of warrant? If he convert all his 17% warrant entitlement he will control 51% of Msports which is an increase from 45% before issuing of warrant.

Everyday sell q at 5sen very high. If everyone withdraw the q chances of Hubline moving up is higher.

I treat Lin Huozhi recent disposal as like Msports going for 2nd time IPO albeit at cheaper price and sure get as IPO involve major shareholder selling portion of their shareholdings. Of course he still remain as major shareholder with latest 34% stake which is even more than Teh Hong Piow percentage stake in Public Bank. Of course those buying Msports is eyeing free warrant as the main reason to buy.

At first I also feel surprise but later find out it is due to change of financial year end. So result will out next month latest by Nov 28th.

What will Lin HuoZhi do with money from recent disposals?

2) Buy more shares w/o free warrant?

Normally I will think director disposal as bad news. However maybe Lin HuoZhi think he hold too much shares and willing to sell cheaply to retail investors(others not sure) for us to average down our buying cost before free warrants issue. Myself collect more today after trying but fail to buy at 15.5sen, lowest ever price. XDL recover somewhat today, can Msports follow?
