If you look at Sona annual report..front page got motto " Your regional energy partner " means a few QAs are in the pipelines...so no other choice funds raising are needed....private placements and right issue ...
as ecoworld...they have to push price up before these could happened...

I think QA has been identified.This company is a producing company and it is a bit expensive..... not enough fund....a bit delay in announcing QA because they want to bundle together QA announcement and proposal for fund raising via private placement and may be right issue.........

This capital reduction from paid up of 10 sen to 5 sen does not affect the operation of the company nor we the share holders..you may ask why needs capital reduction...answer is...capital reduction done for the purpose of returning back part of capital to shareholders....out of 5 sen reduction, 4 sen will back returned back to us as just announced by the company.....you will be paid on 10 june
