clarification to sc before approval is normal lah ....this case is being handled by two not one most powerful investment bank in Malaysia CIMB and RHB......if there is any sign of non approval it would have been spread into the market and the price could not stand at current level. Remember last time, the day when CIMB and RHB on behalf of sona announced that sona had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with salamander on 21 july..sona spiked to 58 sen. Do you know the price 5 days before that....only 48 sen.....so the market had only reacted only five days before the event. Hadian was so confident the approval will be in October....and we have another 30 days to go......
and this time the event is the approval of QA by sc....this is an ultimate for spac like sona........
