Iching88.......glad to hear from you.....when you, I, TLTAN and few others started this salamander story early this year , many of the current hero and active pundits for sona were still not around. TLTAN has gone. Myself almost leaving sona. You, sometime ada sometime tadak. Actually I made a lot from Sona IPO . I sold IPO shares at very good price. Like you, after selling the original Sona , I also made a few rounds buy and sell sona. Shares that I am holding now are for last round of play thinking of selling all when QA approved. But macam melayu cakap, "tunggu durian runtuh".....tapi talak mahu runtuh. These coming days, I have to decide. When exist of any slight signals that things are going againts you.....better cabut.....of QA approval, I sensed something is not right....or may be I am wrong.......

my 16 months affair with sona is almost done.......

Complete by year end means RM 900m has to be paid to salamander by sona before year end in order the profit of bualuang could be accounted in sona P&L year end 2014..This is very important because if sona cannot make payment to salamander by year end then its P&L for year end 2014 will exclude incomes from bualuang and this is not good for sona.....The process involve before this payment could be made are.....sc approval.....then preparation of documents for both sona and salamander shareholders for EGM.....then announcement of EGM date....then the EGM .....and finally approval by both shareholders during EGM......
I estimated and so Hadian that in order the deal could be completed { full payment} by year end.....SCs approval must be by October.....

before approval by SC, dont talk about EGM lah.......I sense something
bad.....Sona is very confident of approval in OCtober and it is already over.......betul gua cakap, kalu mau lulus sudah lulus punya.......
