You guys need to calm down. Seadrill is selling their stake because they need funds for them to survive. Nothing wrong with SKPetro and should rebound in 2-3 days. THe Seadrill stake block sale will be taken up by some other fund institutions for sure...will be off-market deal.

All the public transportation companies have hike their fares expect for express bus companies which was put on hold few months ago. ERL, LRT, Komuter, Taxis... and with PLUS highway rates set to be increased in 2016, surely the express bus companies wont keep quiet now as they wont be willing to absorb toll hikes. their demand is justified now.. just my view..

Agree with your points.. but with my past experience, a GLC acquiring an INDONESIAN firm.... The price would definitely be more than a reasonable market price. hence, FGV stock price will be affected in the short term.. that's why I choose to say 'stay out' first...
