History proven which whatever project they have the share price increase only last for few day not even a week then price drop framatically again. Afterthat price dead again.

whatever project they have wound affect the share price, further more even it diversified to property development it consider late entrance wont benefit the company performance at all. It will only make the company to even more highly gear.
