CRM business just one time business. Yes, they can sustain come via maintenance contract but the revenue not as high as new CRM. down trend is coming unless they found new business model

we need to think about the life cycle on each CRM. if the earning just seasonally, after trend over, the counter also over. OpenSys need to find another new opportunities then lead into another level, i dont think rely on CRM alone can help the counter growth constantly.
