Liihen came out with good QR and special dividend 6 cent. Liihen has been giving consistent dividend every quarter. Liihen can do it, why not latitude? Anyway i do not hold any latitude at the moment. (I hold Liihen). No doubt Latitude is the largest furniture company with excellent revenue and net profit (Better than Liihen). Net cash position also better than any other export counter but dividend yield is the lowest among them.

Bad QR. Genetec is one of the company that gave me pocket money 2 months ago. I have sold all Genetec 2 months ago because there was a rumour mentioned that they work 4 days / week and proposed the company has no business. Today sounds like the rumour is true. Anyway hope the company can do better in next QR. I prefer to stay sideline for this counter.

Liihen is the export counter with highest dividend yield, not Focus Lumber, and of course not Latitude Tree.
If u buy Liihen in May last year before share split and bonus issue, the exact dividend today actually is 6 cent x 3 = 18 cent ( share spilt + bonus issue : 1 share become 3 shares )
Therefore total dividend for past 4 quarter is 10cent + 7cent + 9cent + 18cent = 44cent.
Even VS industry which is famous with high dividend also 28.5cent for the past 4Q.
Somemore Final Dividend 4cent (pending approval).

Fantastic QR + special dividend 6 cent. The management team is generous as compared to latitude. That's the reason why I sold all latitude and changed to Liihen last month. Excellent.

Unless QR is extremely good, otherwise won't raise. I have no idea what is going on in this company, results keep down trend for the past 2 years.
