Its a non-cash impairment loss that will just reduce its book value. It is one time and may be reversed. Excluding the impairment loss, the profit is around 383M or 90% increase YoY. Better worry about the next year tax increase than this.

Very high long term debt and poor FCF. Avoid at all cost. Profit is not real.

The more revenue/project it get, the less profit it earned. Its a rubbish company with one of the worst management you can get.

Its way overpriced at current valuation of 1.7x P/B. Fair value at P/B 0.7x as PRESBHD has the worst performance among ICT company, translating to 0.23. STRONG SELL !!!
