As such, more swab tests would be conducted on the residents of the affected areas thereby giving the high number of cases

Market diagnostic 9.50 am.

Various stocks hv reached or nearing their technical rebound tops. These include serbadk, sedania, dataprep, jetson. All these will turn red in afternoon trades. All these hv moved on speculation, serbadk included. As in any speculation, some people will get hurt.

For serbadk it is looking very expensive in relation to its 0.305 bottom. 0.54 was the previous low that was broken. This is IMPOSSIBLE to be taken out until EY gives their opinion one way or the other.

Sell/get out/stay away.

PETALING JAYA: Embattled Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s share price increased by more than a quarter in a day but the stock still has a long way to go to recoup over RM4bil in lost market capitalisation.

The strong surge in share price happened as investors reacted positively to the formal appointment of Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd (EY) as the group’s special independent reviewer.

Serba Dinamik counter has been on the uptrend for four consecutive trading days, including yesterday.

Nevertheless, the shares are still 70% down from the last price level of RM1.61 on May 25, the day the group announced that its external auditor KPMG had raised an issue on some matters pertaining to an audit.

Audit issue easily solved? Sure it will be.

EY will confirm KPMG findings, then what happens?

Think again, if the audit issues can be easily solved by SD when market capitalization over RM6.0 Billion, now dropped to less RM1.8 Billion, still unsolved. Considered easy?

Wealth of Karim from billionaire to millionaire due to this audit issue… if easy solved, why not solve it?

This is not yesterday problem.. it’s a chronic problem for months. Just an audit issue, blew up and caused so many shareholders losses.

Filter out the noises, propaganda messages and think… gods gift to mankind.. we have a brain.. use it.

What good step? EY will uncover massive accounting scandal. Financial impact will drown it from profit making to loss making. Banks will no longer provide loans. Someone is going to jail and probably is already on the run.

1. If this was indeed a conjob, why involve the legitimate custodian of ICAD and a top architecture firm?

2. Why until now, despite Serba Dinamik being reported in International media, no reputable foreign government from UAE or even Zambia denied having contractual deals with the company or even the value given?

3. The trivial issue raised by KPMG through some leaked reports suggest questions towards small things like addresses and officer in charge , which could be easily resolved rather than a fundamental question of whether such contracts even exist or does it even make sense financially.



For me it is simple, by now, a scammer would have run away, really far away into the other side of the world but what you can see is a company that is fighting tooth and nail to clear their name.

KWSP can lend money to Government at a fair interest return
to do that they need cash

I have no idea whether Govt wants to borrow from KWSP.

By right Govt shud borrow from KWSP
and its ok since all opposition MP already screaming at Govt to borrow more money to help Rakyat
