kianmin, convert to mother share?? Do u even know what u bought? C38 is call warrant, not company warrant. U can't convert C38 to mother share when it expires 6 months down the road.

derrtan, I also find the C38 price movement illogical over these few days but bear in mind there is a time value factor to warrants, i.e. the premium will decrease over time and that explains that the price doesn't go up as fast as the mother share.

Nevertheless, if you buy at 14.5 sen, you'll breakeven if AA closed at ~3.15 by the end of C38 tenure. Question is, do u think AA will just hit 3.15 by end of April 2017 (assuming no financial crisis)?

I believe the downside of this stock is limited because based on the latest QR:

Cash+Inventory = 333M / 2860M shares = 11.6 sen

BORNOIL is backed by 11.6 sen of cash & gold. So why worry? Give it another 6 months to see how well the gold mining ops will perform. Till then, the stock price will bounce up & down in the 1 to 1.5 sen range. You can take advantage of this while waiting to trade base on this range for quick profit.

3.80 + 10% = 4.18 - 2.65 (ex price) = 1.53 / 3.5 (ex ratio) = 43.7 sen

So, roughly C38 price would be ~43sen when AA hits 3.80.

derrtan, check the premium on AAX-WA and you'll know why it is lagging behind.

For goodness' sakes, look at the premium of AAX-WA then u will know why.
