Those who haven't bought but wanna buy don't need to be in a hurry. There'll be tons of shares flooding the market tmr and will take time for the mkt to digest. By the way, 15 sen is the ex-rights price.

@myview, thanks for all your comments. I've read abt the RM1.9b order book value but don't seem to be able to tally it with whatever is announced in Bursa. Total order book value announced is RM351m (from existing Neata Group) + RM259m (newly secured on 12/11) = RM610m.

@BumbleBee, I believe you will only see the new shares in your account Tue morning. For warrants, I'm not sure but it should be on the same day.

When u said payment made, is it for the OR u bought from mkt or payment made to the registrar for new shares? If u didn't make payment to registrar then I'm afraid ur money spent on the OR is burnt.

Depends, last night Dow had a run-up. If Bursa green, then maybe price will hold up. Otherwise, maybe go down to 19.5 sen.

3 Nov shd be a date to watch because it is a day after Rights issue acceptance and payment deadline.

If syndicate has been supporting the share price to entice investors to accept the Rights, I would imagine share price would dip a little because after the payment deadline all investors would have already accepted and paid for the Rights and no reason for syndicate to support it anymore.

If this happens, come 17 Nov there might be more pressure on the price. On the other hand, if no syndicate involved, then we can rest easy. Just my 2 cents analysis.

Look at their gold mining revenue for financial yr ending Jan15, 34m+. As of 2 qtrs for financial yr ending Jan16, revenue alr 39m+. This is only from their Batu Yon mine. 2 more Hulu Jerai and Keratong yet to be mined. So, there is definitely potential.
