I think this suspension is related to the MOU. Furthermore, I believe it is just a trading halt and not suspension. You'll notice you can still key in a buy/sell order. If it is a suspension, you won't be able to do that at all.

@elbrutus, may I suggest u adopt a trailing stop strategy? i.e. sell only when AA price dropped a certain % from the high since you bought. The recent high is 3.53. Using 5% drop, u would sell when AA drops to 3.35. On the other hand, if it breaches 3.53 and set new high, then u revise your 5% drop selling point. This way you, you let your profit run as far as possible. IMHO, this is a better way than using TP.

And if AAX resume flight to Europe, it can also easily fly to US from there. Oil price is doing to be at this current range for a long time.

On 18 April, the price range was 3.04-3.13. To buy another 2.5m shares at this price, it only speaks confidence in AA.

Looks like the 2,502,000 shares bought by CIMB. CIMB sure has a lot of confidence in AA. 21m shares in total bought by CIMB on behalf of EPF.

Elbrutus, it really depends if they issue new shares when they list in another bourse. I would imagine there will be new shares issued otherwise the listing would be seen more of an offer for sale of existing shares.

This is possible if there is a difference in valuation between klse and hkse listed AA. Due to this, it is likely the valuation of both bourse AA valuation will closely correlate.

From my understanding, u can take advantage of arbitrage with dual-listing. Say AA list in hkse and if it commands a higher valuation, u can transfer ur shares in klse to hkse, sell, and gain from this arbitration.
