I had been investing over 30 years of experiences. And been through so many crash and I still make profits from it. Not easy to let go when you bought high but we must face the facts too.

Zero rate happened during the 2008 crash. Why Federal reserve are cutting rate to 0% all sudden. Something very bad coming. I understand most of you stuck with your shares. But be realistic when recession hit it much worse. Either you stay defensive in stocks that have steady incomes and paid dividends or you can choose to sell out now and buy back at lower price. This way you can recover faster than to holding on.
