And the mask & glove are not reusable items. Mask last only 8 hours and glove needs to dispose after contact will something or someone deem dangerous.

Don't forget what caused the previous crash in 2009. The property market was overvalued at that time. Don't put the blamed on those smart investors because they knows when to go in and exit on the right time.
