not sure about the payment. u see, when we design a topside based on clients cirterials , our team will have to calculate the cost. the sales price is what we heard from sales team which I believe is genuine. so , from designing a rig to fabrication we have to calculate the procurement , design fees, manpower hourly rates and the hardest part, complete within timeframe.

sorry, I forget to mention the transporting and installation fees, which I am not involved. maybe have to too up another 50 million there.

I dont know what happened within their internal issue like pnb, bla bla bla. but, what I can tell u is, the margin for every work is huge. 1 mid size top side can be rm 300 million with cost price of only 140 million, roughly.

saving maybank make sense. but pnb also need to fork out cash to subscribed the right issue ma. anyone know how much pnb forked out the cash ?
