once share holders approved the merger
the interested parties will push rhb up to 10.03 (easy to manipulate than cimb, less share float)
& the mkt will push cimb to 7,27 for the share exchange
just collect which one have more margin to the exchange price

0.13x6 = 0.78.....+3.28 = 4.06..so MBB expect Inari price to be above 4.10 on July 2015.

buck ur assumption is wrong
mbb expect cb to be worthless by jul 15
that how the IB profit from issuing call wt
