With 2 days to go to end 2016, PUC still trading far below its 9MFY16 book value of 16sen... At current price of only 6sen, potential upside is huge if you are really value investing or arbitrager. There may be rush in late buying sooner for PUC to catch price discrepancies.

Even such a loss making company like KFM has been magically trading above its NEGATIVE book value... The prospect result from MOU with strategic investor will not guarantee the positive. Its just a talk and no numbers.

I do hold the principle of Buffet. PUC has heaven margin of safety. Limited downside because of 0.4x price to book value. Its book value stands at 16sen. If PUC were to trade at 1.7x PBV like Sedania, PUC will surely reaching 27sen. Just matter of timing. Volume is there. It could signalling accumulation by professionals. Good luck!

Price will drop as people start taking profit today.
