The directors are not sleeping. They still know how to collect their directors fees and other perks. The directors are very competent you know. How dare you criticize them. They managed to somehow get the share price from RM1.25 to RM0.125. All shareholders must appreciate their selfless contributions. I think their directors fees and other perks must be increased substantially.

A good indicator of actual value may be based on the ESOS price that the directors exercised upon in April 2018.

EPF Dumping More Likely.

Our EPF retirement savings are in safe hands. All this while it would appear that EPF was dumping SAP Energy & at the same period accumulating MYEG (Before Elections). We now know what happened to SAP Energy and MYEG share prices (Post Elections). We must commend the EPF board + investment team for doing such a stellar job in safeguarding our retirement savings.

If KSL's directors do not declare dividends they must also simultaneously cut their director fees, benefits and emoluments. Wait long long lah & dream on lah ........

New low @ RM 0.94 and PE @ 4.434. Other than Lembaga Tabung Haji selling probably at a loss, who else was selling? This year will any dividend be declared to possibly boost the share price?

Share Buy Back @ RM 0.98. The directors rather exercise share buy back than pay dividends.

It would appear that there are some selling made by fed-up investors.

What we have witnessed is a pump & dump operation conducted by Sharks and they are now probably selling low among themselves. EPF probably are now selling at significant losses and 2 weeks from now, EPF will probably be left with only 5% holdings. So pushing it any lower is akin to "cutting off one's nose to spite his face". So remember "patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet".

EPF sooner or later gonna run out of shares to throw so let them do what they do best ........

Patience. There will come a day when EPF have no more shares to sell upon exhausting all its holdings at considerable losses. By then, when the price starts to move upwards, trust me EPF will then start to chase the shares again.

If we are to create an excel sheet to record all EPF's buy sell transactions from 2012 to date, @ daily average price or @ daily closing price, guarantee EPF would lose money one even if we are to factor in the dividends received by EPF.

EPF dividend no need to pay out cash as they will be credited into the contributors' account.

Shall we together do a daily countdown on behalf of EPF on their disposal towards less than 5% of their shareholdings. Once we reach that milestone, EPF's impact on the share price would only be minimal thereon?

Those sold by EPF was on 15 Jan 2018. From 16 Jan 2018 to 18 Jan 2018, I am 100% sure EPF had further reduced its holdings.

If this is how EPF invest then EPF may look for ways to raise the contributors' withdrawal age from present 55 years to 60 years.

Do not underestimate the intelligence of the mentally challenged investment team from EPF.
