1. dilution effect already taken into account the day the shares went ex-rights for existing shareholders - hence, there is no reason for existing shareholders to sell cause the discounted rights shares are to compensate for the dilution effect on ex-rights
2. the rights was trading at a price of 0.30 for awhile. those that bought the rights would have spent 0.5 + 0.3 = 0.8 for 1 share and 0.5 warrant. assume warrant list at 0.15. so 0.5 warrant is 0.075. So they spent 0.8 for a share worth 0.7 and a warrant worth 0.075 at the moment. so they would be selling at a lost. why would they be selling?

then again, we shall see what happens tomorrow

Hotrod. Rumours are bound to be around for every counter. Unless you are going to go every thread to "save" everyone. I made no buy calls and put no TP for this. You want to invest you do your own work.

And if you cared to read not once did I say there was any news on the QA. In fact I was asking if the QA is to be announced due to the unusual volume. When someone asked submitted to who, as far as I was concerned the only party where submission is needed is to the SC. Hence I said SC and provided the link to the announcement for Hibiscus. I made no claims as to whether it happened or not and did NOT ask anyone to buy.

Upon further homework you are right in the timeline. The submission will be a couple of months after announcement, if any. You could have just put up the point as what prc did and the point would've been well taken. Instead, you decided to take the high-horse and call people "jokers". Bravo.

Whether there is a QA or not we shall see. It might be a pump and dump for all we know. Again I need to reiterate, to avoid geniuses from jumping the gun and misinterpreting what I said, I am NOT asking anyone to buy. I brought the article up for discussion and I did NOT make any claims on the QA.

lol. i am merely speculating on the events based on the comments. the only person to submit a QA to is the SC. I did not say it was approved. I said it could be the SC which is submitted to. It could be concurrent before the announcement. I can't say for sure because I do not have the info.

Savvy, thanks for the info. the continuous buyback by the co made for a good base for price movements. what is your 1 month tp for ben? I think the 1.20 point is very much achievable. Given it's gross underperformance and scandal-ridden past 12 months, I think people overlooked it's huge potential. If and when EIA clearance is obtained, I am sure it will once again be a darling of fund managers like it was before. Be aware that it was trading at a range of 1.50++ with an average TP of 2.00 a year ago.
