根据2013年财报，MK置地（MKLAND，8893，主板产业股）拥有5574英亩未发展土地，其中88%位于霹雳州，12%则在巴生谷。

当中，超过220英亩土地位于DamansaraPerdana黄金地段，发展总值料40亿至50亿令吉左右，足以为公司提供未来5至7年的稳定收入。

MK置地刚公布最新业绩，截至6月30日第四季净利按年扬升107.82%，至2988万7000令吉，营业额则下跌31.63%至8809万6000令吉。

去年净利增长60.76%至6481万9000令吉，营业额则微升4.22%，至4亿8801万8000令吉。

该公司末季每股盈利高达2.48仙，全年达每股5.38仙。

该公司也宣布末季派息每股1仙，全年股息达每股2仙。

截至第3季，MK置地仍为净现金公司，而领域平均欠债率是0.2至0.4倍，所以若要为未来计划筹资，将不成问题。

不但如此，如有需要，公司也可更积极收购地库，加快发展速度。

总括而言，我们相信MK置地是中型股中的高价值选择。

目前，股价相等于1.2令吉实际净资产价值（RNAV）的折价63%，而其他领域股项则平均在折价40%下交易。
