Can sell at market price OR convert to HIBISCUS mother via formula below:
= Issue price / conversion price

= 2 mother share (after disregarding the fractional part)

So the cost for a mother share is ultimately RM0.50 for tranche 2, hence selling anything right now is a confirmed profit.

To subscribe or buy 1 CRPS (HIBISCUS-PA) is at the issue price of RM1.00. Means need to pay RM1 for one HIBISCUS-PA.

To sell, can either sell HIBISCUS-PA in the market or subsequently convert to HIBISCUS mother for an additional conversion price of RM0.66. Means paying RM1 + RM0.66 just to subscribe and convert the CRPS to a mother share.

Or else, just keep the CRPS for dividends if you believe in the company's future performance. Or the company may redeem it mandatory from you at a calculated price stated in the proposal.

I don't believe the conversion price of 0.66 and 0.48 are the price to pay to subscribe to a CRPS. Or am I wrong?
