Strong Balance Sheet low PE infers of course, shares without any factor X and waiting for people to buy them...like girls waiting for a dance.
In most cases such candidates are past their primes, no growth factor, no turnaround factor...don't even know why you buy except it falls inside your formula.

How anyone can put money in this stock and at such high price is a wonder. It's either they are not what they proclaimed themselves to be or they have been lucky with their earlier picks. No wonder the whole market is moving except these lemons.

whether Air Asia seems high or not I really don't know...but lots of value investors says it is not high.

in that sense Air Asia does not fulfill my X factor investment.
