The company's reply to Bursa query :

Given that the proceeds from the Proposed Private Placement of only RM960,000 is envisaged to be utilised within 9 months, to advise and state the steps to be taken to ensure the Company’s working capital is sustainable and its business operations is kept going.
As described above, the Proposed Private Placement is an interim measure for the management to immediately address the working capital requirements of the Group which will contribute to its cash flow.
Taking cognizance of the Group’s financial position, the Board is also studying various options, which may include amongst others, an equity fund raising proposal to be undertaken to comprehensively address the Group’s financial position.
