The candle on 21/8/2023 was a "Shooting Star" chart pattern, the share price closed at 1.80 on 21/8/2023. The share price moved up to 2.10 on 7/9/2023, the share price did not drop to new low.
The share price closed at 2.13 on 7/9/2023 is also a "Shooting Star" chart pattern, will the share price move down south or move up north in the future ?

I believe these IB did not provide earning for data storage centre.

We must read the technical chart using a one year window.
According to Bloomberg, the definition of a technical bull market is as follows :-

Technical bull market
When the share price or index rebounds from the low, the quantum of the increase is more than 20% from the low.
This stock or index is in a technical bull market.

Both the share price of YTLPower and Utilities Index are in technical bull market now.
We can see the share price of YTLPower to continue to break new high and I believe the share price of YTLpower will continue to be bullish in 2024 and 2025.

The catalyst for YTLPower share now is as follows :-
1.) Inclusion into FTSE's Asia-Pacific Index on 18/9/2023.
2.) Inclusion into FBMKLCI Index Component stock in 2023 December's review.
3.) Exponential growth of PAT in 2024 and 2025 especially on utilities sector.

I do not worry that even KLSE is not in a bull market scenario, the share price of YTLPower will continue to perform well and break new high.

@OTB, not easy to compare 2010 profit and profit now to corelate to the possible future share price, the number of share is difference in 2010 and 2023.

When the share price is below 1.43 sen in 2010, 10 sen dividend was given out.
The dividend yield is 7%.

I worked very hard to verify your calculation and also my calculation, I believe EPS=0.40 in FY2024 is possible even without taking into consideration of your new projection of "Yes" would contribute EBITDA of RM420 million to YTLP a year.
If I assume the contribution of "Yes" plus extra profit from power generation in FY2024, my EPS projection is ranging from 0.41 to 0.56.
I do not want to be too bullish, hence I will consider EPS=0.41 is good enough for the share price of YTLP to achieve 4.00 in 2024.
