I will give a premium of at least 10% if the expiry is > 1 year.
Assuming the target price of Jaks = 2.50
(X+0.64)/2.50=1.1
X = 2.50*1.1-0.64
X= 2.11
The present price of Jaks-WB = 1.20
The potential gain = (2.11-1.20)/1.20%= 75.8%

The present price of Jaks = 1.43
The potential gain = (2.50-1.43)/1.43%= 74.8%

Nothing wrong to buy Jaks-WB at 1.20.

Base on 6,500 utilization hours, 7.5 billion kwh data is from Vietnam government.
Base on 7,238 utilization hours, 8.0 billion kwh data is from DK66's report.
I was told by management of Jaks that Hai Duong power plant will have 7,238 utilization hours. This information is confirmed by chief engineer in charge of this power plant from CPECC.

Below is the important information that I wish to share here.

Base on Vietnam government report (stated in this forum),
Annual electricity produced by Hai Duong power plant in Vietnam = 7.5 billion kwh.

Base on Public Investment Bank's report dated 10 January 2017,
Average per kwh of electricity sell to EVN = USD 0.05

Assume 1 USD = RM 4.07
Yearly profit = 7.5 billion * 0.05 * 4.07 = RM 1,526.25 million
Jaks 30% stake = RM 1,526.25*0.3 = RM 457.87 million

EPS of Jaks = 457/643 = RM 0.71
Target price if PER = 10 is RM 7.10

Assume 50% is the administration charges, target price = RM 3.55.

Assume 30% is the administration charges, target price = RM 4.97.

Please help to verify this information.

Andy was never keen to interact with the IBs, neither was him keen on providing profit guidance to analysts. That is why there was so few coverage from IBs and analysts on Jaks.

If Andy has began taking initiative to guide the IBs on the power plant, is this the beginning of his effort to "unlock" Jaks' valuation ?

My opinion is that Andy was worried on the high projected profit to be known to outsider because Mr Koon bought > 30% stake in Jaks. The management keep on telling Mr Koon on lower projected profit from the power plant.

I noticed that Andy is always try to give a lower projected profit from this power plant to discourage Mr Koon from buying up more Jaks shares.

Andy gave 6,500 utilization hours instead of 7,238 utilization hours during AGM. I was told 7,238 utilization hours is the correct one given by the engineer from CPECC.

I also learn it hard way.
I lost very badly in 1997/8 because I do not have good knowledge on TA.
Simply hold without cut loss using TA.

Parabolic SAR is showing a buy signal in weekly chart, good signal.
MACD buy signal appeared in weekly chart, both the Blue and the Red lines are above zero level to show a stronger momentum. This MACD buy signal shown will last for a long time.
Look at the weekly chart, the chart pattern formed is "Cup And Handle Chart formation". The pivot line is 1.43.

Nothing wrong for them to short unless the share price of Jaks can cross 1.43 convincingly.
It is very natural to short when the share price of Jaks cannot cross major resistance.
Once the share price of Jaks can cross 1.43 convincingly, people are scare to short Jaks.
