actually OTB is a smart guy. he know what he is talking about but only those who have experience & knowledge in this so call investing world. but i see some "think they are smart with master degree with tall ego" type of ppl argue for the sake of argument. yes this is a 30% profit if those who dare to take up the unwanted rights OR.....tabik to OTB......lol

Taking 50% discount of the RM 5.40 valuation is RM2.70. There is still more than 80% upside from current price.

Next major resistance is 1.51.
Once 1.51 is crossed convincingly, the share price is breaking new high.
No more resistance to cross.
Sky may be the limit once the "Cup And Handle Chart Formation" formed.

Good proposal by BlessedInvestor .
Maybe can appoint OTB, DK66 & pjseow to prepare & send a joint letter to ALP on the views & requests of minority shareholders expressed here on the needs of corporate governance & transparency and that they should include the progress report on the power plant in the upcoming quarterly report instead of waiting till AGM . This will give him some pressure .

I had emailed Mr Andy Ang to suggest the followings.
1. Invite all investment bankers and analysts to attend the meeting when Q4 2019 results are announced in February 2020.
2. Holds this analyst briefing after announcement of quarter result in February 2020. Ensure all good news of Hai Duong power plant real profit are told to all investment bankers and analysts.
3. To have questions and answers on Hai Duong power plant in Vietnam so that all Malaysian investors are aware of this cash cow.
4. Do a road show on Hai Duong power plant in Vietnam to all big investors at a later date.

I had done my part, let us wait and see at the end of this month whether my suggestion is implemented by the management of Jaks.

The most important factor to determine the share price is EPS growth.
Operators or syndidates to push up the share price which may work temporary, but not lasting one.
If no fundamental, the share price will drop back easily.
The share price of Jaks will move up north fast once the profit from Hai Duong power plant in Vietnam is confirmed to be real.

Looking at the share price of MFCB, you should know the aforesaid statement.
The share price of MFCB continue to move up north because of big earning from the power plant in Laos.

Slow and steady win the race.
EPS growth and power plant in Vietnam are the catalysts for the share price of Jaks to go up.
The income is from Vietnam, Malaysian economy will only affect Malaysian operations only.
Overall is still more plus points for Jaks.

The other reason that investors refused to buy Jaks share is because they have doubt about the huge earning of the power plant.
Once the huge earning comes into picture and confirmed to be true, then the share price of Jaks will explode exponentially.

Is RM 250 million or 300 million earning from power plant real ?
We should know the result in another 6 months.

I told Mr Andy Ang during my visit to Hai Duong power plant in Vietnam in 2017, I told him to sell away all lost money Malaysian operations to focus on this power plant only.
He promised to do it and focus on the power plant only.

Oil and Gas sector will still perform well until 2021.
Presently energy sector is undergoing correction after a strong run up from June 2019 without any meaningful correction.
