Jaks 51% own evolve mall should achieved operation break even as the occupancy rate have increase to 85%. The pacific star project also already fully completed in Dec 2019, now pending insurance CCC. Therefore, Jaks local business at least will not become dragging factor to Jaks future earning starting 2020.

Out of 5 blocks, Jaks took 4 blocks and 1 block goes back to star.
90% of this project are sold.

Answer :
I recommend a stock without any fear or favour.
I do not want to recommend Dayang because the share price is almost fully valued now. There is no margin of safety.
I may consider to recommend Dayang if the price is lower and I want to see the margin of safety must be > 30%.
Same thing happened in the past, I refused to recommend Jaks in 2017 despite many requests for help. In this case, I won the challenge.

OTB, all my derivations are mainly based on information provided by DK66. I certainly think 250M is possible as Mong Duong reported good earnings despite operating at very low utilization rate. Vinh Tan 1 had proven what a normal utilization rate can be. With this two info i am quite certain Hai Duong will deliver more than what market is perceiving now.

Do not waste your time with ciaksai, you can check his records, he did not even recommend a stock to readers here.
He does not have any fundamental knowledge on any stock in KLSE.
His expertise is to attack any writer here without facts and figures.
His name is ciaksai, his name shows his expertise.
He will attack when the share price drops.
He did not own a single share in Jaks, do not waste your time.

I prefer Carimin because of free cash flow in its financial statement.
Hopefully the new contract will help to move up the share price.

@OTB....i bet it wont go below 1.10....and Jan 2020 is fast approaching.
Very little selling at 1 19 today.
Recently many have bought Jaks between 1 20 and 1 43.
If they sell 1.19 it means taking a loss...simple as that...haha.
Will it still drop?
